How it started
Building came first.
Founder Rizwan “Riz” Ahmad is a second-generation real-estate investor. At age 21, he took on the challenge of building his first house from the ground up. Since then, he has managed new construction, full rehabilitation, remodeling, and investment-property projects throughout southeastern Wisconsin.
Before starting Kustom Property Solutions, Riz and Wajiha spent more than 16 years running a multimillion-dollar power-equipment dealership. That experience shaped the way the company operates today: communicate directly, follow through on promises, solve problems, and treat every project like a long-term relationship.
The company began as a real-estate redevelopment business and has grown to include residential construction, remodeling, basement finishing, rental ownership, and property management.
